I'm not a fan of sweet & savory together. I don't like sweet glazes on my proteins. I despise fruit & sweet dressings in my salad. I don't even like chocolate on my pretzels.
I decided to switch up my once a month treat of vanilla chai (with soy milk) at Starbucks & tried the salted caramel mocha instead.
OMG OMG OMG, yummy amaziness!
I'm not even much of a caffeine drinker, & yet I now constantly crave the perfect salty caramel collaboration. I jumped up & down when I saw Talenti Sea Salt Caramel ice cream in the grocery store.
I guess there is room for sweet & savory together in the world, & I'm so thankful to have learned that. I hope you will learn to love to be adventurous when it comes to food.
